You drive new business and take ownership of growth. At Harmony, you identify opportunities, turn them into concrete propositions, and build the partnerships that unlock new markets.
As our Business Development & PR Manager, you combine commercial drive with strategic thinking. You don’t just talk about opportunities! You turn them into real business.
What will you do?
As Business Development & PR Manager, you are responsible for generating new revenue from new clients in the Netherlands. You develop and launch new propositions, open new markets, and build long-term commercial relationships.
PR and positioning are not goals in themselves, but tools to drive business. Visibility should translate into tangible results.
What will you be doing in practice?
You will:
Develop and realize new revenue streams
Identify and launch new products and propositions
Bring in new clients and open new markets
Develop strategic partnerships that enable scalable growth
Translate market developments into commercial opportunities
Position Harmony towards clients, partners and stakeholders
Strengthen Harmony’s visibility and market positioning through PR, partnerships and industry presence

Who are you?
You spot opportunities and act on them. You don’t wait for direction — you take initiative and turn ideas into execution. You feel comfortable taking ownership and focus on delivering measurable results.
You have experience in business development with revenue responsibility and know how to develop and sell new propositions. A relevant network within retail, e-commerce or related sectors is a strong advantage.
You are comfortable working with different stakeholders and operate independently towards clear commercial goals.
